TOUR DE FRANCE & TOUR DE FRANCE FEMMES AVEC ZWIFT

Inside access to the world's greatest race

Every summer, the Tour de France rewrites the map of France—sun-kissed Provençal villages, vineyard-dotted countryside, Alpine switchbacks that have made and broken careers. In collaboration with our EF Pro Cycling team, EF Adventures puts you inside it. On the bike. At the finish. The best seat at the race. And at the dinner table.

Tour de France route

Ride the route of legends

Ride iconic sections of the Tour de France ahead of the peloton—from the 21 hairpins of Alpe d'Huez to the bare summit of Mont Ventoux. The routes that define the race, yours moments before the pros arrive.

VIP race access

You're not watching the Tour de France—you're inside it. As an exclusive guest of the EF Pro Cycling team, you get access to stage finishes from positions no general ticket reaches, team operations up close, and an invitation to the EF Pro Cycling end-of-tour party. The race looks different from here.

The secret ingredient

Two expert Tour Directors lead every TDF tour. They know how to pace the climbs, the café worth stopping at, and the stories the landmarks don't tell. Trained at our EF Pro Cycling base in Girona, one leads, one supports. Between them, nothing gets in the way of a great trip.

Pro-tour grade equipment

Every tour includes a Cannondale road bike—the same brand that supplies EF Pro Cycling. Choose from performance carbon road bikes, team-spec Supersix EVO Hi-MOD racing bikes, or e-road bikes, depending on your riding style and the terrain ahead. The equipment is the same. The legs are yours.

After the stage

After a day in the saddle, the hotel matters. Joop Zoetemelk said it best: "You win the Tour in your bed." Every property is hand-selected for character and comfort—boutique châteaux, converted manor houses, alpine retreats with views that make the climb worth it. Locally sourced dinners, beds that set you up for tomorrow. A stay worth the effort.

Taste the Tour

Every region the Tour passes through has its own food culture—and we know every table worth stopping at. The market stall on the route, the wine to toast the finish, the restaurant that's been there for generations. From a humble boulangerie to a long dinner at a family-run bistro, France sets the table. And fills the glass.

Gothic-style basilica with tall spires and intricate facades, set against a clear blue sky, surrounded by trees and a reflective pond.
stage 1

Sagrada Família, Barcelona

The Grand Départ team time trial rolls directly past the Sagrada Família. Gaudí's basilica has defined Barcelona's skyline for over a century. In 2026, it completed its central tower—144 years in the making, now the tallest church in the world. Perfect timing for the Grand Départ.

Stone fortress with arched bridge, green manicured gardens, and a dramatic sunset sky.
stage 2

Montjuïc Castle, Barcelona

Stage 2 finishes on Montjuïc—the same 568-foot climb our Grand Départ tour riders ascend the morning of the race, on the closed official course. The 17th-century fortress at the summit has been a military prison, an Olympic venue, and one of the great viewpoints in Europe—360° across Barcelona and the Mediterranean below. The peloton crosses the finish line here. So do you.

Stone elephant statue with an eagle on its back amid lush greenery and trees.
stage 3

Gala Dalí Castle, Púbol

Stage 3 rolls through medieval Girona. A 30-minute detour south takes you to Gala Dalí Castle in Púbol. Dalí gave the castle entirely to his wife Gala, decorating every room himself—elephant sculptures, surrealist paintings, a medieval love letter in stone. One of the strangest and most personal museums in all of Spain.

View of the medieval fortress of Carcassonne at sunset, with the fortified walls and towers overlooking surrounding houses and lush greenery.
stage 4

La Cité, Carcassonne

The best-preserved medieval fortified city in Europe. Double ramparts, Roman foundations, and two thousand years of history compressed into one hilltop. The peloton rolls out from beneath these walls. Walk them at dusk after the race—they're yours.

An assortment of cheeses displayed on wooden shelves, each with a label indicating name and price, showcasing various textures and shapes.
Stage 5

Place de la République Market, Pau

Stage 5 finishes in Pau on a Wednesday—market day. Jambon de Bayonne, Basque cheeses, first-press olive oils, local wine. The whole southwest of France on one square. Hugo and Conan Doyle both stopped here for the view. Stay for the food.
