Each Multi-Adventure tour is assigned a physical activity level to help you choose the right fit, from Leisurely to Advanced. Most tours require at least a moderate level of fitness and the ability to be active for several hours a day. You are not required to participate in every activity and can opt out of something if you’d prefer some downtime. We do recommend some regular exercise before your tour to ensure you’re ready for action.

Our Tour Directors are trained in first aid and are well-versed in each region’s terrain and conditions. We carefully plan routes and activities to minimize risks where possible. We also partner with local emergency services for additional support if needed.

You’re welcome to opt out of any activity and instead explore on your own, relax at the hotel, or join a less strenuous alternative if available. You’ll just need to bring appropriate clothing, a day pack, sturdy shoes, and personal items. You’ll only need to carry a day pack with essentials during activities. Your main luggage will be transported between accommodations by our support team. In some locations, you may need to carry your own luggage for short distances, such as to and from your hotel room.

Our Trip Protection plans include coverage for the types of activities included in our Multi-Adventure tours. Given the nature of these tours, having comprehensive insurance provides financial protection and peace of mind.

Depending on the destination, you might stay in mountain lodges, family-run inns, or upscale hotels. All rooms have private bathrooms, and many offer stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. In more remote areas, accommodations might be simpler but always clean and comfortable. Many properties have amenities like restaurants, bars, and wellness facilities to help you unwind after a day of adventuring.

No, you won't have to share a room unless you're traveling with a companion. We welcome solo travelers on our tours, and you'll likely meet many other solo adventurers. Our standard pricing is based on double occupancy, so if you are traveling solo, you will pay a room supplement fee for a private room. At this time, we don't offer roommate matching services.
