Start with what sounds most appealing: pure hiking, pure biking, or a mix of activities. We have tours focused entirely on trails, one built around legendary cycling climbs, and several that combine hiking with e-biking, rafting, kayaking, and more. From there, think about which countries draw you in and how much time you have. Some tours are 7-8 days, others stretch to 10-12. All of them showcase different sides of the Alps.

All tours include accommodations, a number of meals (breakfast is always included), an expert Tour Director, local guides for activities, transportation between destinations, and activity equipment when needed (bikes, rafting gear, etc.). It depends on which tour you choose. We have options ranging from moderate to advanced. Most of our hiking and multi-adventure tours offer route flexibility—shorter options, gondola rides when you need them. Our Alps tours run from late spring through early fall, typically May through October. July and August offer the most reliable weather but also draw the biggest crowds. June and September give you excellent conditions with fewer people on the trails. Specific tour dates vary—check availability on individual tour pages.

Our operations are based in the Alps. These tours are designed by people who actually live and work in these mountains—not pulling routes from guidebooks at a desk somewhere else. We’ve tested the trails, built relationships with local guides and mountain hut owners, and refined everything based on years of being on the ground here. It’s a different level of knowledge.

Yes. Many of our travelers sign up solo, and it’s one of the best ways to experience these Alps tours.
