We work closely with the EF Pro Cycling team to infuse every EF Adventures Biking tour with their unique perspective and expertise. From route selection to access to bikes previously ridden by team members, we provide elite-level knowledge and cutting-edge equipment directly to you, elevating your tour regardless of your cycling ability.

Every Biking tour is guided by two expert Tour Directors with deep regional knowledge. They lead daily rides, provide cultural insights, manage all tour logistics, offer bike maintenance, and ensure your safety. As experienced cyclists themselves, they’re equipped with the first aid skills and know-how for a seamless adventure.

We rate every ride on a 1 to 5 scale. A 1 is typically a leisurely ride on mostly flat terrain, while a 4 or 5 could mean longer distances (30–40 miles) and/or big elevation gains (3,000–4,000 feet). Most cycling days feature a morning ride for all and an optional afternoon ride, giving you the freedom to tailor your experience.

Our Biking tours perfectly balance exhilarating rides with immersive cultural experiences. Some days you'll pedal and sweat your way through stunning landscapes, other days you'll wander quaint villages and savor drool-worthy local cuisine, and sometimes you'll do it all.
