Every Biking tour is guided by two expert Tour Directors with deep regional knowledge. They lead daily rides, provide cultural insights, manage all tour logistics, offer bike maintenance, and ensure your safety. As experienced cyclists themselves, they’re equipped with the first aid skills and know-how for a seamless adventure.

Your tour, your way.

We rate every ride on a 1 to 5 scale. A 1 is typically a leisurely ride on mostly flat terrain, while a 4 or 5 could mean longer distances (30–40 miles) and/or big elevation gains (3,000–4,000 feet). Most cycling days feature a morning ride for all and an optional afternoon ride, giving you the freedom to tailor your experience.

Some days you'll pedal and sweat your way through stunning landscapes, other days you'll wander quaint villages and savor drool-worthy local cuisine, and sometimes you'll do it all. It's this combinations of activities that makes every tour unique and special.

Open to U.S. residents only. Must be 18 years or older. EF employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Winner of the Sweepstakes will receive one (1) free tour for one (1) traveler, valued at up to $15,000, including economy class roundtrip airfare (to be booked by EF Adventures) and a private room, on an EF Adventures biking tour departing in 2026.
